Whalley Legion Hosting Surrey Urban Mission Xmas Dinner

The Surrey Urban Mission has found a home for the 13th annual Christmas Dinner for the less fortunate. It will take place at noon on Christmas day at Whalley Legion, located at 13525 106th Ave. The event typically feeds 250 to 300 people.
 
The Mission put out a call earlier this month, after realizing they couldn't hold the event at the building they usually operate out of. Whalley Legion has graciously stepped up and is enabling an event that helps some of the city's most vulnerable citizens.
