Text POPPY to 20222 to donate $5

For years, you’ve worn your poppies to show you remember. This fall, there is a new generation of veterans arriving home and the need has never been more important. Veterans will continue to turn to the Legion for support in housing, career counseling and trauma relief. And we will be there with your support. Beginning October 28, 2011, The Royal Canadian Legion-BC/Yukon Command is introducing a new way to donate—on your mobile phone. Simply text the word “POPPY” to 20222 and a $5 donation will be donated to the Legion’s Poppy Funds.
